Trailer Cancellation

Considering our equipment is available by reservation, the equipment you requested is removed from our list of available equipment, making it unavailable for other clients. We are forced to charge a Cancellation Fee to compensate for the time the equipment is not available, as follows:

• Day of Rental Cancellation: 100% of the paid amount is forfeited.
• Less Than 48 Hours' Notice up to the Day of Rental: 50% of the paid amount is forfeited
• More Than 48 Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.
